We do not guarantee admission to any university, scholarship, fellowship, or specific academic outcome.
3. No Guarantees
MuchSmarter does not guarantee specific score increases, percentile improvements, or testing outcomes unless explicitly stated in a written agreement.
Individual results vary based on student effort, consistency, attendance, and implementation of strategies.
Testimonials and case studies reflect real experiences but do not guarantee similar results.
4. Payments & Billing
Payment terms are agreed upon prior to the start of services.
Fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in writing.
Failure to make payments on time may result in suspension or termination of services.
5. Intellectual Property
All materials, frameworks, methodologies, videos, training systems, written content, and branding associated with MuchSmarter™ remain the intellectual property of MuchSmarter™ unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Materials may not be copied, distributed, recorded, reproduced, or shared without prior written consent.
6. Communications & SMS
By submitting your contact information (including when booking a free strategy call), you consent to receive communications from MuchSmarter via email, phone, or SMS.

You may opt out at any time by replying STOP to SMS messages or unsubscribing from emails.
7. Limitation of Liability
MuchSmarter shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from the use of our services, website, or communications.
